This was basically a concept Idea of someone heading into the light, but they get stopped by How and Who. The tell them that heaven is currently at maximum capacity and the fire marshal simply won't allow anymore souls, so heaven will be temporarily closed for renovation. In the mean time they decide to give them a second chance at life, but simply getting a second chance isn't simply a snap and a wink, so they force the person to either agree to turn their life around and try to make the world a better place or be trapped in limbo for the rest of eternity.
